Terms of use
Last updated: 8 November 2026
Trading Signal Simulator is run by Section Nine, referred to here as "we". By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
What the app is
The app simulates trades using virtual money. It places no real trades, holds no real money and doesn't connect to a broker. You must be 18 or over to use it.
Not financial advice
Nothing in the app, on this website or in the channels we promote is financial, investment or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Any decision to trade with real money is yours alone. See the risk notice.
Simulated results
Results depend on the signals and prices you enter and on estimated costs. They are hypothetical and may be wrong or incomplete. A real broker's prices, costs and fills would differ.
Promotions
The app and this website promote our own Telegram channels, apps and websites, labelled as ours. Those services have their own terms, and we don't promise any result from using them.
Your data
Your data is stored on your device, and you're responsible for keeping it. Uninstalling the app removes it, and we can't recover it. See the privacy policy.
Fair use
Please don't use the app or this website unlawfully, misrepresent simulated results as real trading results, or try to disrupt or copy the service. The app, its name and its design belong to us.
No guarantee
The app and website are provided as they are, without any promise that they'll be error-free or always available. We may change or stop them at any time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or website, including any trading losses. Nothing in these terms limits a liability or removes a right that the law doesn't allow us to limit or remove.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using the app or website after that means you accept the new terms.
